ビーコンスコープ プライバシーポリシー
KNights（以下「提供者」）は、Android アプリ「ビーコンスコープ」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いを、以下のとおり定めます。本アプリは、周りの Bluetooth Low Energy（BLE）のビーコンや機器が出している電波を受信し、種類や中身を表示するアプリです。
1. 基本方針
- 本アプリにはアカウント登録がなく、提供者はサーバーを運営していません。
- 本アプリが扱う情報（受信した電波の記録など）は、利用者の端末の中だけで処理・保存します。提供者や第三者のサーバーに送ることはありません。
- 本アプリは利用者の位置情報（緯度・経度）を取得・保存しません。
- 提供者は、利用者の氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号などの個人情報を収集しません。お問い合わせのメールをいただいた場合は、その内容（送信元のメールアドレスと本文）を回答のためにだけ使い、法令に基づく場合を除き第三者に提供しません。
2. 端末の中に保存される情報
- 受信ログ（利用者が設定でオンにしている場合）：受信した日時、電波の強さ（RSSI）、送信元の Bluetooth アドレス、電波に含まれる名前、ビーコンの種類と番号、電波の中身（生データ）。設定した保存期間（1 日・7 日・30 日）を過ぎると自動で削除されます。
- 計測データ（利用者が計測を始めた場合）：計測中に受信した電波の日時・強さ・アドレス・中身。利用者が削除するまで端末に残ります。
- お気に入り、利用者が付けた名前、フィルタ・表示の設定、計測を始めた回数、Pro 版の購入状態。
これらは、電波の一覧・グラフ・記録を利用者に表示するためにだけ使います。利用者はアプリの中でいつでも削除でき、本アプリをアンインストールするとすべて削除されます。Google ドライブなどへのクラウドバックアップと、機種変更時のデータ移行の対象からは除外しています。
受信する電波は、周りの機器が誰でも受信できる形で出しているものです。iPhone などのアドレスは一定時間ごとに変わる無作為な値です。本アプリは、機器の持ち主が誰かを知ることはできず、調べることもしません。
3. 記録の書き出し
利用者が「CSV で書き出す」を選んだときだけ、受信ログや計測データを CSV ファイルにして、利用者が選んだ保存先に書き出します。提供者がこの内容を受け取ることはありません。
4. 権限の利用目的
- 付近のデバイス（Bluetooth）：周りのビーコンや BLE 機器の電波を受信するため。本アプリは受信するだけで、他の機器に接続はしません。
- 位置情報：Android の仕様で、ビーコン（iBeacon など）の電波を受信するには位置情報の権限が必要なため。本アプリは位置情報（緯度・経度）そのものは取得せず、保存も送信もしません。電波の受信は、本アプリを画面に表示している間だけ行います。
5. 外部サービス
- Google Play 請求サービス：Pro 版（買い切り）の購入は Google が処理します。支払い情報を提供者が受け取ることはありません。本アプリは、購入が有効かどうかを端末の中で確認します。
- 広告：本アプリは広告を表示しません。
- 利用状況の分析：本アプリは、利用状況の分析やクラッシュ報告のための外部サービスを使っていません。
Google Play 請求サービスでの情報の取り扱いは、Google プライバシーポリシーに従います。
6. 子どもの利用
本アプリは子ども向けに作られたものではありません。

BeaconScope Privacy Policy
This policy explains how KNights ("we") handles information in the Android app "BeaconScope" ("the app"). The app receives the radio signals sent by nearby Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) beacons and devices and shows their type and contents.
1. Overview
- The app has no user accounts, and we do not run any servers.
- Everything the app handles, such as records of received signals, is processed and stored only on your device. It is never sent to us or to any third-party server.
- The app does not obtain or store your location (latitude and longitude).
- We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address or phone number. If you e-mail us, we use your e-mail address and message only to answer you, and do not give them to third parties except where required by law.
2. Information stored on your device
- Reception log (if turned on in settings): the time each signal was received, its signal strength (RSSI), the sender's Bluetooth address, any name contained in the signal, the beacon type and IDs, and the raw signal data. Entries are deleted automatically after the retention period you choose (1, 7 or 30 days).
- Measurement data (when you start a measurement): the time, strength, address and contents of signals received during the measurement. It stays on your device until you delete it.
- Your favorites, names you gave to beacons, filter and display settings, the number of measurements started, and whether you bought the Pro version.
This information is used only to show you lists, graphs and records of signals. You can delete it in the app at any time, and uninstalling the app removes everything. It is excluded from cloud backups such as Google Drive and from device-to-device data transfer.
The signals the app receives are broadcast by nearby devices in a form anyone can receive. Addresses of devices such as iPhones are random values that change periodically. The app cannot and does not find out who owns a device.
3. Exporting records
Only when you choose "Export as CSV" does the app write the reception log or measurement data to a CSV file at the location you choose. We never receive it.
4. Permissions
- Nearby devices (Bluetooth): to receive signals from nearby beacons and BLE devices. The app only receives; it never connects to other devices.
- Location: Android requires the location permission to receive beacon signals (such as iBeacon). The app does not obtain your location (latitude and longitude), and does not store or send it. Signals are received only while the app is on screen.
5. Third-party services
- Google Play Billing: the one-time purchase of the Pro version is processed by Google. We never receive payment information. The app checks on your device whether a purchase is valid.
- Advertising: the app shows no ads.
- Analytics: the app uses no analytics or crash-reporting services.
Google Play Billing handles information under the Google Privacy Policy.
6. Children
The app is not directed at children.
7. Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page.
