ねこノート プライバシーポリシー
KNights（以下「提供者」）は、Android アプリ「ねこノート」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いを、以下のとおり定めます。本アプリは、猫の体重・体調・通院の記録を付けるアプリです。
1. 基本方針
- 本アプリにはアカウント登録がなく、提供者はサーバーを運営していません。
- 利用者が記録した情報（猫のプロフィール、体重、体調メモ、病院メモ、写真、リマインダーなど）は、利用者の端末の中だけに保存します。提供者が受け取ることはありません。
- 記録した情報を広告に使うことはありません。
- 提供者は、利用者の氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号などの個人情報を収集しません。お問い合わせのメールをいただいた場合は、その内容（送信元のメールアドレスと本文）を回答のためにだけ使い、法令に基づく場合を除き第三者に提供しません。
2. 端末の中に保存される情報
- 猫の情報：名前、写真、誕生日、性別、避妊・去勢、品種、目標体重、メモ。
- 記録：体重（日時・はかり方）、体調メモ（日時・食欲などの項目・メモ・写真）、病院メモ（日付・病院名・理由・診断・処置・お薬・費用・次の予約日・メモ・写真）、リマインダー。
- 設定：飼い主の体重（体重差の計算に一時的に使うもの）、テーマ、念入りモードなどの設定、Pro 版の購入状態。
- 写真：利用者が選んだ写真を縮小して、本アプリの中にコピーします。端末のほかの写真を読み取ることはありません（Android の写真選択画面を使います）。
これらは、記録・グラフ・お知らせを利用者に表示するためにだけ使います。アプリの中で削除でき、本アプリをアンインストールするとすべて削除されます。
機種変更でも記録を引き継げるよう、記録・写真・設定は Android の自動バックアップ（利用者の Google アカウントの Google ドライブ）の対象にしています。このバックアップは Google が暗号化して保管し、提供者が見ることはできません。端末の設定でオフにできます。Pro 版の購入状態はバックアップせず、Google Play から復元します。
3. 記録の書き出し
利用者が「CSV を書き出して共有」を選んだときだけ、記録を CSV ファイルにして、利用者が選んだアプリ（メール、ドライブなど）に渡します。提供者がこの内容を受け取ることはありません。
4. 権限の利用目的
- 通知：ワクチン・お薬・通院などのリマインダーをお知らせするため。
- 起動時の実行：端末を再起動したあとも、リマインダーを予定どおりお知らせするため。
- インターネット・広告 ID：無料版で広告を表示するため（5 章）。記録した情報の送信には使いません。
5. 外部サービス
- 広告（Google AdMob）：無料版では、ホーム画面と猫の詳細画面の下に、Google の AdMob による広告を表示します。AdMob は、広告の表示・効果測定・不正防止のために、端末の広告 ID、IP アドレス（おおよその地域の推定に使われることがあります）、端末やアプリの情報、広告の表示・タップの状況などを収集・利用することがあります。詳しくは Google のサイトでの情報の利用について と Google プライバシーポリシー をご覧ください。欧州経済領域・英国などでは、最初に広告についての同意をお聞きし、設定画面の「広告の同意の設定」から変更できます。広告 ID は、端末の設定（Google → 広告）でリセットや削除ができます。Pro 版では広告を表示せず、AdMob も使いません。
- Google Play 請求サービス：Pro 版（買い切り）の購入は Google が処理します。支払い情報を提供者が受け取ることはありません。本アプリは、購入が有効かどうかを端末の中で確認します。
6. 健康に関する表示について
本アプリの「注意」「受診の目安」などの表示は、記録した体重の変化から計算した目安です。病気の診断をするものではありません。気になることがあれば動物病院に相談してください。
7. 子どもの利用
本アプリは 13 歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。
8. ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、このページで最終更新日とともにお知らせします。

NekoNote Privacy Policy
This policy explains how KNights ("we") handles information in the Android app "NekoNote" ("the app"), an app for recording your cats' weight, health and vet visits.
1. Overview
- The app has no user accounts, and we do not run any servers.
- Everything you record (cat profiles, weights, health notes, vet notes, photos, reminders and so on) is stored only on your device. We never receive it.
- Your records are never used for advertising.
- We do not collect personal information such as your name, e-mail address or phone number. If you e-mail us, we use your e-mail address and message only to answer you, and do not give them to third parties except where required by law.
2. Information stored on your device
- Cat profiles: name, photo, birthday, sex, spay/neuter status, breed, target weight and notes.
- Records: weights (time and method), health notes (time, items such as appetite, notes and photos), vet notes (date, clinic, reason, diagnosis, treatment, medicine, cost, next appointment, notes and photos) and reminders.
- Settings: your own weight (used temporarily to calculate your cat's weight), theme and other settings, and whether you bought the Pro version.
- Photos: photos you pick are resized and copied into the app. The app does not read your other photos (it uses Android's photo picker).
This information is used only to show you your records, graphs and alerts. You can delete it in the app, and uninstalling the app removes everything.
So that you can keep your records when you change phones, records, photos and settings are included in Android Auto Backup (Google Drive of your Google account). Google encrypts and stores this backup, and we cannot see it. You can turn it off in your device settings. The Pro purchase status is not backed up; it is restored from Google Play.
3. Exporting records
Only when you choose "Export CSV and share" does the app create a CSV file of your records and hand it to the app you choose (e-mail, Drive, etc.). We never receive it.
4. Permissions
- Notifications: to remind you of vaccinations, medicine, vet visits and so on.
- Run at startup: to keep reminders on schedule after the device restarts.
- Internet and advertising ID: to show ads in the free version (section 5). They are not used to send your records.
5. Third-party services
- Ads (Google AdMob): the free version shows ads by Google AdMob at the bottom of the home screen and the cat detail screen. AdMob may collect and use your device's advertising ID, IP address (which may be used to estimate your approximate region), device and app information, and ad views and taps, to show and measure ads and to prevent fraud. In the European Economic Area, the UK and some other regions, the app first asks for your consent, which you can change under "Ad consent settings" in the app's settings. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (Google → Ads). The Pro version shows no ads and does not use AdMob.
- Google Play Billing: purchases of the Pro version (one-time) are processed by Google. We never receive your payment information. The app checks on the device whether a purchase is valid.
6. About health information
Labels such as "caution" and "time to see a vet" are estimates calculated from changes in the weights you record. The app does not diagnose diseases. If you are worried, please consult a veterinarian.
7. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the update on this page with a new "last updated" date.
